As a diverse independent company we are able to provide, install and maintain a wide range of fire alarm & detection systems. We offer a lease rental option for those who would prefer to spread the cost of payment over an agreed period. Please see our lease rental Options for further information.

Service & Maintenance

We offer transparent and reliable fire protection and maintenance services, with all our site maintenance visits linked to simPRO, our live, cloud-based management system that helps us to eliminate unnecessary paperwork and makes the planned allocation of technicians more efficient. Quarterly, or six-monthly visits can be undertaken where all field devices are tested over a twelve-month period. Any issues, or defects, that arise because of maintenance are quickly reported back to our office where the required and/or recommended works are tabulated. Reports along with associated costs are then issued to the customer, usually within 48 hours. We also offer our customers a 24hr, 7 day a week, 365 days of the year call-out service for any issues that may occur between maintenance visits. All maintenance is carried out in accordance with BS 5839.

Design & Installation

Different businesses require different levels of fire protection. Having a wide range of clients, we understand the varied needs of the distinct business industries. Our competent and qualified project managers can visit your site free of charge and undertake a full and transparent evaluation of your exact requirements, carry out a site survey where required, produce a detailed report, and provide you with a quotation for the relevant category of system. All designs and installations are in accordance with the relevant British Standards.

 

Call Outs

We pride ourselves on our quick response time to an emergency call-out, with our average site attendance time being 4 hours. Where possible, to lessen the cost of attendance for the customer and to reduce our carbon footprint, either our office technical staff, or our on-call engineer, will attempt to resolve the issue over the phone and instruct the end user how to correctly re-set the fire alarm system. In the event the problem is resolved over the telephone – there is no charge, saving our customers money.
