Service & Maintenance
We offer transparent and reliable fire protection and maintenance services, with all our site maintenance visits linked to simPRO, our live, cloud-based management system that helps us to eliminate unnecessary paperwork and makes the planned allocation of technicians more efficient. Quarterly, or six-monthly visits can be undertaken where all field devices are tested over a twelve-month period. Any issues, or defects, that arise because of maintenance are quickly reported back to our office where the required and/or recommended works are tabulated. Reports along with associated costs are then issued to the customer, usually within 48 hours. We also offer our customers a 24hr, 7 day a week, 365 days of the year call-out service for any issues that may occur between maintenance visits. All maintenance is carried out in accordance with BS 5839.
